Dhunna Capital has over 26 years of experience and has lent over $100 million in private equity. Our real estate investment firm has identified multi-family units that fit our due diligence strategy, focusing on the Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia markets.
Dhunna Capital acquires multifamily properties throughout the US using a mix of personal, private, investor, and institutional funds.
Our structure will be a 506(c) using accredited investors to target cash returns for income-producing real estate properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia with monthly distributions. Dhunna Capital is looking for value-add opportunities to use our management experience to bring these properties to higher market rents and better conditions for it’s tenants.

Kanwaljit Dhunna has been a Real Estate Investor for the last 28 years. He has personally bought and sold numerous properties. Mr. Dhunna is also a CO—GP and LP on more than 2150 Doors.
He owns an independent mortgage brokerage and lends out private equity using personal and investor funds, with over 45 million in the last two years and over 100+ million through the last 18 years. These investments have yielded high returns for our real estate investors in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, often above 15%.
Mr. Dhunna has also been a real estate broker for the last 29 years, assisting small and large investors in purchasing residential and commercial properties. He has a great understanding of what makes a property a good investment and is able to provide consulting to clients. He has now decided to use these talents to purchase multi-family homes in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, and Georgia, to name a few states in the US.
Amrit Dhunna

Amrit Dhunna has been the President at Dhunna Capital for the last 3 years. Amrit is also a CO–GP and LP on over 2000 Doors.
Amrit Dhunna is a mortgage broker who worked at RK Mortgages for 8 years, assisting clients with getting financing using institutional and private equity. He has assisted his clients in securing private funding of over $45 million, which has allowed them to invest, pay debt, and have a better financial future overall.
Amrit has also helped secure property investments for his clients including condos and investment homes throughout Ontario, Canada. These investments have grown substantially due to Amrit’s due diligence which allowed his clients to time the market correctly.
Amrit has also been a real estate broker for the past six years, assisting small and large investors in purchasing residential and commercial real estate properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He has a great understanding of what makes a property a good investment and has decided to use these talents to purchase multi-family homes in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, and Georgia, to name a few states in the US.
